Electrostatic Before and After
Electrostatic painting is the best system for coating metal surfaces with no mess and little to no overspray.
It is a process of painting that uses negative and positive charge to adhere paint to a surface.
The electrostatic force is so strong that it pulls paint around corners leaving a smooth, even coat with no drip marks.
We use a catalyzed polyurethane enamel paint that is similar to automotive finishes. This process is safe even in tight quarters because adjacent surfaces are secure from overspray.
For instance, railings can be painted on one side and the paint will wrap around to the other side. This method is great for painting lockers, office furniture, elevator doors, cabinetry,
storefronts and restroom partitions. It is much more cost effective than having to replace them.
